WHAT can be returned?

All full priced items (except for Hijabs and Caps) purchased from Hijab Throne  can be returned or exchanged within 7 days for domestic shoppers from the purchase date and Within 14 days for international shoppers . Only unworn products in their original condition may be returned.  All tags must still be attached. SALE items purchased from Hijab Throne cannot be refunded but may be returned for an exchange or credit note.  

All Hijabs and underscarves/turbans cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons.  

We do not offer free returns label which means that we are not responsible to provide you with a return label shipping.

To return your merchandise using your own trackable and insured shipping method, mail the item to be returned inside the original plastic packaging along with the packing slip to the address we provide. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process a refund in accordance with this policy.

Free Shipping is Wonderful! For a limited time, any order qualifies for free shipping as long as its within the United States of America!

• Standard Free shipping is USPS First Class, 3-5 days to most locations.
• Expedited shipping is USPS Priority, 2-3 days to most locations.
• International shipping is USPS First Class, 21 days to most locations.
• Expedited International shipping is USPS Priority, 3-7 days to most locations.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises.
